About the role
SRG Global is looking for a casual Trade Assistant to join its team in Gladstone, Queensland. The role supports site-based teams by performing a range of trade and maintenance support tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sites, including organising work areas, cleaning up after jobs and keeping tools and materials ready for use
- Assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment as instructed
- Support onsite work crews and tradesmen
- Ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements
- Carry out other general duties directed by the Site Supervisor, within your level of competence
Required profile
- Ideally previous Trade Assistant experience
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a 3-site Blue medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
Required skills
- Current driver's licence
- White Card
- Working at heights and confined spaces tickets
