About the role
Aestec Services is seeking a qualified Plumber for ongoing, long-term work at QAL in Gladstone. The position involves 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday, applying plumbing skills across civil and industrial projects within a supportive, professional team.
Key responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of water and drainage systems
- General civil and industrial plumbing
- Minor excavation and pipe laying
- Reading and interpreting plans and scopes
Required profile
- Cert III in Plumbing (trade qualified)
- Current Plumbing Licence (QLD)
- White Card
- Experience on construction or industrial sites
- Strong understanding of WHS practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with reliability and initiative
Bonus points
- Civil experience with excavators, skid steers, rollers or trucks
- RIIs or VOCs for machinery operation
- Heavy industry or shutdown environment experience
