Casual Registered Nurse – Aged Care

About the role

HammondCare in Miranda is seeking experienced casual Registered Nurses to provide person‑centred, relationship‑focused care for residents. The role is clinical support, operating in a consultative and advisory capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and support care staff in delivering resident care.
• Educate and mentor staff on clinical processes.
• Provide consultative case management and clinical decision‑making.
• Maintain clinical oversight and professional competence as a RN.
• Implement resident comfort focus and use LeeCare online reporting system.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration with 2‑3 years aged‑care experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and varied shifts.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with dementia care and a genuine passion for elderly residents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LeeCare online reporting system.
