Casual Merchandiser - Central Coast NSW

About the role

Nestlé is hiring a casual Merchandiser based in the Central Coast NSW area (Belmont, Swansea, Tuggerah). You will represent Nestlé's brands in-store across the grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths and independents), building displays, securing space and delivering strong in-store execution. The role is casual, running Wednesday to Friday for 12 to 20 hours per week, with extra hours available during peak times.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to represent Nestlé across the grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths and independents)
• Build displays, secure space and drive standout in-store execution
• Partner with Store Managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes
• Follow a weekly plan, with the option to work extra hours during peak periods
• Take ownership of your day, supported by your Territory Sales Manager

Required profile

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Valid unrestricted driver's licence and access to your own vehicle (travel is a big part of the role)
• Comfortable lifting, moving and building displays
• Comfortable using a mobile device to document work and capture display highlights
• Lives in the local area and enjoys working independently on the road
• Organised, safety-focused and motivated to deliver strong results
