Casual Field Service Engineer

About the role

Join Stryker, a global leader in medical technology, as a Casual Field Service Engineer in Brisbane. You will work directly with Stryker medical equipment, providing on‑site technical support, repairs and preventative maintenance to improve patient and hospital outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support, reactive repairs and preventative maintenance for Stryker equipment.
• Collaborate with senior field engineers to meet KPIs, goals and objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support the business to maintain high service quality across Australia and New Zealand.

Required skills

• Proficiency with small hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, hammer, etc.).
• Experience with soldering, power tools and testing/inspection equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex installations.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
