Territory Manager – Neuromodulation (Medical Devices)

About the role

As a Territory Manager for the Neuromodulation portfolio, you will drive sales growth, support patients and partner with healthcare professionals to deliver innovative pain‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by partnering with key clients to increase adoption of the implantable portfolio.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to patients in collaboration with a dedicated Clinical Specialist.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure ongoing engagement.
• Analyse sales data to identify new opportunities, monitor performance and develop strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in medical devices, ideally with implantable technology.
• Strong business acumen to navigate a competitive market and spot strategic opportunities.
• Customer‑centric mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust with professionals and patients.
• Clinical and technical aptitude, including experience working with challenging patients and understanding clinical concepts.
