About the role

We are seeking a motivated Casual Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join our brand‑new Beacon Lighting store in Caloundra. You will help customers discover the perfect lighting solutions while delivering an outstanding in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist retail and trade customers in selecting lighting products and provide expert advice.
• Build relationships using loyalty programmes and drive sales to meet store targets.
• Develop product knowledge and confidence through training and product previews.
• Support a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented store layout.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service or retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect genuinely with customers.
• Energetic, enthusiastic attitude and keen attention to detail.
