Porter / Concierge

About the role

Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery, a five-star luxury hotel near the city of Melbourne and the Chadstone shopping centre, is hiring a part-time Porter / Concierge. You will be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them and helping with their arrival and departure experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and act as the face of the hotel
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously
• Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests
• Provide valet parking of cars
• Carry out general porter duties as required
• Share your knowledge of Melbourne with visiting guests

Required profile

• Victorian full driver's licence (essential)
• Energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, mornings and weekends

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $27.08 Mon-Fri (+$2.95 evening loading after 7pm), $33.85 Saturday, $40.62 Sunday and $60.93 public holidays
