Boutique Coffee Expert - Chadstone

About the role

Nespresso is looking for a passionate Coffee Expert to lead, inspire and elevate the coffee experience in its Chadstone boutique. This is a full-time role on a rotating roster of 32 or 44 hours per week, including alternate weekends, late-night trade and keyholder duties.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and shape the boutique coffee experience every day, sharing expertise with the team and customers.
• Plan, deliver and review engaging coffee training sessions and memorable masterclasses.
• Lead coffee launches and tasting experiences, keeping every cup to a high standard.
• Build team capability and foster a culture of learning.
• Support daily operations, including opening and closing as a keyholder.
• Create meaningful customer connections through knowledge and warmth.

Required profile

• A true coffee lover who wants to inspire others.
• Retail or hospitality experience, ideally with exposure to training or leadership.
• Confident delivering workshops or coaching team members.
• Strong communicator who creates memorable customer experiences.
• Flexible to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and keyholder duties.
• Full working rights in the relevant location; pre-employment checks, including health checks, are required.
