Care Operations Manager

About the role

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Care Operations Manager to lead high‑performing teams across a large regional portfolio. You will work closely with Care Team Leads to ensure safe, consistent, and high‑quality care for clients while fostering workforce engagement and service excellence.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading leaders within frontline service delivery, healthcare, aged care, or similar complex environments.
• Proven success managing large, geographically dispersed teams through others.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capability with a track record of developing future leaders.
• Ability to inspire, influence, and create a culture of accountability, engagement and high performance.
• Commercial and operational acumen, including experience improving productivity, workforce outcomes and service quality.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience operating within regulated environments with a solid understanding of governance, risk and compliance.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, business, operations or a related discipline.
