Campaign Specialist

About the role

The Loyalty and Content Team at Myer Group is looking for a Campaign Specialist to design, optimise and execute data‑driven marketing initiatives across email, app push notifications, app canvases and SMS. You will help turn Myer’s rich data into high‑impact, customer‑focused campaigns that drive trade and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Execute trade‑driving direct marketing campaigns.
• Manage campaigns end‑to‑end: briefing, targeting, segmentation, creative approvals and deployment.
• Optimise performance using industry research and data insights.
• Understand and influence the commercial impact of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align offers with business objectives.
• Leverage loyalty analytics to deliver class‑leading, data‑driven campaigns.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on campaign strategy and email performance.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in direct marketing, CRM and campaign management.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end communications across eDM, SMS, direct mail and app channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and change‑management abilities.
• Experience with leading digital marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud or Marketo.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Retail or fast‑paced consumer‑facing environment experience is a plus.
