Campaign Coordinator

About the role

The Campaign Coordinator will support the Campaign Manager in planning, executing and tracking marketing campaigns that drive member acquisition, engagement and brand visibility on a national scale. The role works across new club launches, refurbishments, ongoing club activity and continuous paid‑media efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the campaign calendar, track key dates, milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare campaign briefs by gathering assets, background data and relevant information.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
• Set up and update basic landing pages and manage website elements for each campaign.
• Assist with day‑to‑day SEO management.
• Execute campaigns across digital, in‑gym and owned channels, performing quality‑assurance checks on creative, media and tracking elements.
• Distribute campaign assets and internal communications to prepare teams for launches.
• Organise and store campaign assets with proper naming conventions.
• Monitor performance across channels, flag anomalies and contribute to regular reporting and post‑campaign analysis.
• Maintain campaign trackers, timelines and status documents, and record invoices, purchase orders and expenditure for budget tracking.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• 2‑3 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination or agency support.
• Experience managing multi‑channel campaigns, preferably digital and paid media.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
