Café Manager – Sydney Airport

About the role

Solbowl at Sydney Airport is looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead daily operations, ensure high service standards and drive business performance in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the café operation, overseeing barista service, food preparation and cleanliness.
• Manage stock, ordering, inventory, waste, rostering and labour costs.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with guests.

Required profile

• Previous café, retail or store management experience.
• Strong barista skills and a passion for quality coffee.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast‑paced setting.
• Availability for early starts from 4:30 am when rostered.

Required skills

• Food Safety Supervisor qualification.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
