Cadastral Land Surveyor

About the role

A recruiter has been appointed as exclusive representative for an Albury-based surveying consultancy that is growing its business. The firm is looking for an experienced Cadastral Land Surveyor with at least 4 years of experience in the Australian market, with plans for further growth. The role involves field surveys and project planning across a range of locations, from urban to regional.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out field surveys and prepare project plans
• Work on diverse projects in locations ranging from urban to regional
• Work alongside a collaborative team committed to a high level of service
• Be supported by a management team focused on staff career development and given access to the latest technology

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in cadastral surveys, including drafting and field surveys related to subdivision and cadastral surveying
• Tertiary qualification in Surveying or a related geospatial qualification
• Openness to learning new tools

Required skills

• Proficiency with surveying technology such as digital ePlan, 3D laser scanning and LiDAR
• CAD proficiency (Civil 3D or AutoCAD)
• LisCAD proficiency
