Project Manager - Modernisation Team

About the role

KONE is looking for a Project Manager to join its Modernisation team in Adelaide. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects and take ownership of cost control, quality outcomes, time and stakeholder relationships. The company employs over 60,000 people globally and offers a base salary plus 12.5% superannuation, a car allowance and a bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage communication with customers and key stakeholders throughout the installation process
• Manage risk reviews and status updates
• Ensure adherence to clearly defined procedures and guidelines
• Drive and maintain a safety-focused culture to meet KONE's safety targets
• Ensure compliance with policy requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on pre-tender and tender activities

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management
• Previous experience in a commercial environment, ideally in building, construction or service sectors
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Project management qualification desirable
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Resilient and persevering approach
