About the role
Join Jetstar’s Airport Crew team at Sydney Airport as a Cabin Baggage Officer and Customer Service Officer. In this permanent, part‑time position you will be the friendly face that ensures a smooth, safe and on‑time journey for passengers from check‑in through boarding.
Key responsibilities
- Greet passengers, assist with check‑in kiosks and boarding procedures.
- Weigh, tag and manage cabin baggage, handling excess‑baggage payments.
- Provide accurate information on flight status, disruptions and airport services.
- Support passengers requiring extra assistance and coordinate with airport teams.
- Maintain compliance with safety, customs, immigration and quarantine regulations.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
