Business System Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an inquisitive Business System Analyst with a continuous improvement mindset to design system and reporting solutions that solve business problems. The role bridges operational business, vendors and support functions, ensuring compliance, information safety and security while enhancing decision‑making through better data.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of an IT roadmap for Hearth and manage relationships with internal staff and external IT providers.
• Research and analyse existing business practices, lead workshops to capture requirements, and oversee the deployment of functional solutions and system test plans.
• Act as a central reference for system and reporting projects, identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimal practices.

Required profile

• Qualification in Business Systems, ICT or Business Administration.
• 3+ years experience supporting and administering business applications or enterprise systems.
• Experience working with software vendors, improving workflows, data quality and system configuration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and a strong customer‑service focus.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one, Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one, and Australian working rights.
