Business Development Representative – Up to $250K OTE

About the role

LION Digital is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join its growth team. You will focus on generating new opportunities for leading Australian eCommerce brands by identifying prospects, initiating contact, and booking qualified meetings for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Engage decision‑makers, uncover business needs, and qualify prospects.
• Schedule and confirm meetings for the company’s directors.
• Maintain accurate records and activity logs in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting targets.
