Business Development Representative – Remote (Australia)

About the role

Join Employment Hero as an Outbound Sales Development Representative, working remotely from anywhere in Australia. You will help generate qualified leads and sales opportunities for the ANZ team, contributing directly to the company’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and lead follow‑ups.
• Identify and qualify key decision‑makers within target accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to hand over high‑potential leads for further development and closure.
• Maintain and grow your prospect database within the assigned segment.

Required profile

• 1+ years of proven high‑volume outbound B2B sales experience.
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Strong phone presence with resilience to conduct many calls daily.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Sales LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo and Outreach.
