Business Development Representative

About the role

Join the fast‑growing BDR team at Uspay, a leading Australian tech scale‑up expanding into the US. You will engage with a diverse customer base, discover new opportunities and become a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Provide tailored payment and rewards solutions, guiding customers through onboarding, implementation and adoption.
• Own end‑to‑end relationship management from first payment to ongoing support and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet both individual and collective targets using creative problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Experience navigating complex organisations and engaging with C‑suite executives.
• Resilience and adaptability when handling objections and setbacks.
• Proven ability to research and target Ideal Customer Profiles using data enrichment tools.
• Strong pipeline management skills, applying frameworks such as Impulse Selling and SPIN methodology.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern CRMs, specifically Salesforce.
• Experience using sales engagement platforms like AirCall.
• Familiarity with data tooling such as LinkedIn Sales.
