Business Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a confident, curious and driven Business Development Representative to join our growing Sydney team. This hybrid role involves hands‑on outbound sales across multiple client accounts, booking cold meetings, driving ABM outreach and following up on warm leads to generate qualified sales conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound outreach via phone, LinkedIn and email to book meetings and drive event registrations where briefed
• Build and segment prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
• Craft personalised outreach using insights, content and hooks that resonate with senior decision‑makers
• Qualify leads to ensure meetings align with client ICPs and commercial goals
• Report on pipeline and performance with clarity and confidence
• Collaborate with internal strategy, creative and communications teams to deliver integrated campaigns

Required profile

• Up to 2 years’ experience in outbound sales, BDR, SDR or business development
• Comfortable and confident on the phone, enjoying pitching, conversations and qualifying leads
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Target‑driven and motivated by results
• A natural relationship builder and team player
