Business Development Officer

About the role

Cre8 Success Now is looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to help drive the continued growth of our organisation. You will work closely with our leadership team, building professional relationships and guiding prospective clients through the early stages of engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and business contacts.
• Respond promptly to enquiries received via online platforms, email and telephone.
• Arrange and participate in introductory meetings using online meeting tools.
• Prepare and publish communications across approved online platforms.
• Maintain accurate records following established systems and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development and team meetings.
• Work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently following established procedures.
• Willingness to engage in continuous training and professional development.
