Business Development Manager - Victoria

About the role

Ultraceuticals, an Australian-founded and owned skincare brand, is looking for a Business Development Manager in Victoria. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will own a portion of the Victorian territory within a close-knit regional team, growing revenue across the core range, Professional range and UltraMD, and building lasting partnerships with salon owners, clinic managers, therapists and aesthetic practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt and win new business by building a pipeline, cold calling and opening partnerships with salons and aesthetic clinics.
• Grow and nurture existing key accounts with a focus on long-term, high-trust partnerships.
• Analyse territory data to spot opportunities and turn insights into action.
• Bring the brand to life on the ground through growth plans, education, events, in-clinic coaching and strong brand presence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Education, Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver for partners.
• Champion best practice and CRM discipline so the territory runs smoothly.

Required profile

• 3+ years in field account management, ideally in beauty, aesthetics or prestige environments.
• A proven track record of winning new business and growing revenue.
• Deep experience managing and developing long-term client or partner relationships.
• Qualified Beauty Therapist with solid knowledge of the professional/clinic channel.
• Clean driver's licence, a reliable car and flexibility to travel across Victoria (up to 30% regional travel).
