Business Development Manager – Perth

About the role

Elton Group is seeking a self‑motivated Business Development Manager to champion its premium timber veneers and surface solutions across Perth, Western Australia. You will act as the primary liaison between our design‑focused product range and architects, designers, developers, and trade partners, driving new business and strengthening existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with local architects, designers, developers and trade customers.
• Oversee project delivery from specification through to completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Deliver tailored presentations and technical advice to showcase product capabilities.
• Provide samples and coordinate specifications for projects intending to use Elton Group products.
• Maintain daily activity logs in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the trade team and head office on stock, pricing and live project queries.
• Partner with key trade contacts to increase product awareness and market share.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, design, or interior/architectural product supply.
• Strong passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s licence (company vehicle provided).
