Business Development Manager – Hybrid (Sydney/Melbourne)

About the role

Travelport is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue within the Small‑to‑Medium Business (SMB) segment. Working from a hybrid model in Sydney or Melbourne, you will use phone and video outreach to identify, qualify and close new accounts, contributing directly to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities targeting SMB customers across the region.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via telephone and video calls.
• Qualify leads, present solutions, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Maintain a pipeline that reflects 100% of daily activity focus on new business acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
