Business Development Manager – HVAC (NSW)

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive Haier's growth across New South Wales by building strong B2B relationships with specialist dealers, resellers and builders. You will promote a connected product portfolio focused on HVAC, with opportunities to support hot‑water and battery sales, positioning Haier as a trusted partner for whole‑home energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the NSW market.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key business partners.
• Drive product specification and sales through solution‑based selling.
• Identify new market opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Represent the global Haier brand with professionalism, integrity and credibility.

Required profile

• Proven business development or sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong relationship‑building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate a differentiated value proposition.
• Commercial mindset with ownership mentality and accountability for outcomes.
• Strategic discipline in engaging the right stakeholders with the right information.
