Business Development Manager – ASX Market

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales of our investor‑ready article platform to ASX‑listed companies and investor‑relations firms. Based in Leederville, you will work in a modern, high‑end office and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of ASX‑listed companies and IR firms using daily trigger‑based leads.
• Conduct outreach to senior executives and IR directors, present subscription‑based solutions, and negotiate contracts.
• Book meetings, deliver pitches, and secure new annual subscriptions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to generate expansion revenue and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and forecasts in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within financial services, biotech or technology sectors.
• Self‑motivated, high‑energy professional comfortable making cold calls and hustling for results.
• Ability to work autonomously without a manager building the pipeline for you.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on relationship‑led selling.

Required skills

• Experience using sales automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with subscription‑based business models.
• Understanding of ASX listed companies and investor‑relations processes.
