About the role
Join a high‑performing fintech team focused on international payments and foreign exchange, serving clients across APAC. You will be coached daily to build and manage your own book of business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline building to closing deals.
- Engage C‑suite decision‑makers in SMEs with $10‑250 m turnover.
- Identify client pain points and deliver tailored risk‑management solutions.
- Collaborate with strategists and analysts to develop and present solutions.
Required profile
- Sales or finance experience is not required; ambition and drive are essential.
- Strong communication skills for phone engagement and relationship building.
- Competitive spirit and emotional intelligence.
What we offer
- Starting salary $82,500 AUD with OTE $110‑130 k AUD in year 1.
