Account Executive – Remote Sales

About the role

VistaPrint is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business across small to medium enterprises. The role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals while ensuring a smooth handoff to the implementation team.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and close agreements with new SME clients using face‑to‑face and video conferencing.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet monthly targets.
• Consultatively sell print and promotional solutions to owners, C‑suite executives, procurement and marketing specialists.
• Coordinate with sales leadership, marketing, product, and other internal teams to identify trends and prioritize customer feedback.
• Communicate progress of initiatives and KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle escalations and difficult conversations independently, leveraging Customer Care when needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce or print.
• Fast‑learning, self‑starter with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and open to feedback.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
