Business Development Executive – Wagga Wagga

About the role

As a Business Development Executive you will be the face of our brand across the Wagga Wagga region, ensuring our products are visible, available and delivering great customer experiences. This fast‑paced field sales position involves daily travel, relationship building and uncovering new commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify, approach and secure new business opportunities within the assigned area.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to guarantee product availability and successful promotions.
• Produce regular reports on sales performance, pipeline and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Results‑driven with a strong focus on sales and service delivery.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Excellent communicator capable of building lasting relationships.
• Organised, strategic and confident in planning and prioritising work.
• Problem‑solver who turns challenges into opportunities.
• Resilient, energetic and comfortable with change.
• Experience in FMCG, retail or convenience sectors is an advantage (not essential).
