Business Consultant – HubSpot CRM & CPQ

About the role

We are seeking a Business Consultant who will own client relationships from day one, ensuring HubSpot CRM and CPQ solutions deliver lasting value. The role blends technology implementation with a strong focus on stakeholder trust, adoption, and long‑term partnership growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business and guiding them through change.
• Communicate regularly with senior stakeholders about project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Drive platform adoption through training, coaching, and continuous support.
• Monitor account health, lead renewal discussions, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with HubSpot CRM and CPQ specialists to translate client needs into sustainable solutions.
• Leverage Claude and other AI tools daily to draft, summarize, and prepare for client interactions.

Required profile

• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or client‑facing consulting.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and discuss risk and status calmly.
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM; CPQ experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using Claude (or similar AI tools) and able to craft effective prompts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
• Customer‑success mindset focused on adoption and value delivery.
