Business Bank Sales (Markets) – 9‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

As a Business Bank Sales professional within ANZ Markets, you will be the primary front‑office contact for Suncorp‑migrated Rates and FX clients. The role focuses on delivering a seamless client migration experience while supporting product onboarding and digital channel adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the ANZ front‑office point of contact for migrated Suncorp Rates and FX customers.
• Manage client engagement throughout the migration and onboarding lifecycle.
• Liaise between clients and internal stakeholders to resolve onboarding, documentation and system‑related queries.
• Coordinate onboarding across Markets products including Interest Rates, FX and Commodities.
• Ensure client profiles, permissions and dealing infrastructure are established on MIDANZ, Murex and other relevant systems.
• Monitor onboarding progress, escalating issues that impact client readiness.

Required profile

• Experience in client migration and onboarding within a financial services environment.
• Strong liaison and communication abilities to work with operations, technology and product teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
