Bus Driver (DIDO) - Perth

About the role

ESS provides workplace support for people working in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields, from oil rigs in the North Sea to the Australian Outback. This bus driver position is based near Bunbury, about 1 hour from Bunbury, on a 2-weeks-on, 1-week-off roster. The driver safely operates large 50+ seater buses and coaches for personnel transport.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate large 50+ seater buses and coaches for personnel transport
• Conduct pre-start checks and maintain vehicle safety compliance
• Receive full training to step into a Utility Attendant role as required
• Support day-to-day site operations in line with safety and permit-to-work processes
• Work within a small, hardworking team with strong supervisory support

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience driving large passenger coaches (50+ seats)
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork and communication
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen

Required skills

• Manual Heavy Rigid Driver's Licence
• Forklift licence
• PTD and DTEC
