Broker Relationship Manager

About the role

Bridgit is a non-bank lender helping Australians access property equity, known for its Buy Now, Sell Later solution. As a Broker Relationship Manager you will manage broker portfolios, deepen engagement and drive new business. The role suits someone who handles rejection well, stays determined and takes a proactive, solution-focused approach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor assigned broker portfolios across channels to provide exceptional service.
• Build a deep understanding of products, policies and loan structuring to give informed guidance.
• Discuss loan scenarios and structures with mortgage brokers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the network.
• Increase broker utilisation through engagement and education.
• Manage tasks efficiently and carry out additional duties as directed by management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales within financial services.
• Persistence and determination to engage customers and drive conversion.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
• Problem-solving and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high-performing team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of credit risk assessment and debt-servicing metrics.
• Understanding of property valuations and short-term lending structures.
