Brand Manager - CSR Sugar Portfolio

About the role

Goodman Fielder is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join its Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, leading initiatives across the iconic CSR Sugar portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager - Sugar, the role works closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver growth plans, innovation projects and marketing programs that drive brand equity and commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand strategies that grow market share, consumer preference and brand equity.
• Lead innovation, renovation and extension projects from insight generation and business case development through to market launch.
• Develop and run integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and commercial performance.
• Deliver the annual brand calendar and work with Shopper Activation teams to maximise customer impact.
• Analyse consumer, shopper and market data to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Manage agency partners and external stakeholders and monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal and Finance to bring projects to life.

Required profile

• 4+ years of brand management experience, ideally in FMCG, with a track record of brand growth, innovation and successful consumer campaigns.
• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Ideal for an experienced Brand Manager or a high-performing Assistant Brand Manager ready for the next step.

Required skills

• Strong commercial and analytical capability, using consumer, shopper and market insights to drive decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across departments and agencies.
• Strategic thinking and collaboration, able to work at pace and manage competing priorities.
