About the role
The Brand Manager (Buyer) will own a strategic portfolio of brands across Australia and New Zealand, combining retail category management, brand stewardship and commercial accountability. You will drive growth, launch new products and uncover opportunities that delight customers and boost the business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand and category plans aligned with business targets.
- Analyse performance data, forecast sales and make commercial decisions to optimise P&L.
- Lead end‑to‑end product launches, ensuring timely go‑to‑market execution.
- Identify market trends and growth opportunities for brands and categories.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external brand partners to deliver impactful initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets or P&L.
- Highly developed analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven ability to build and influence relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience thriving in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, resilient mindset.
