Branch Operations Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Branch Operations Administrator to support the National Service Department. The role focuses on leveraging AS400 data to enhance efficiency and productivity of Crown Service business across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Collate data for the Incentive Program and produce monthly reports, portal announcements, payments and certificates.
• Create and develop monthly Australia reports by extracting results data from AS400.
• Produce unit deliveries reports for Aftermarket Sales Representatives to ensure post‑delivery service.
• Assist branches with service‑operations information and requests.
• Coordinate implementation of KRA’s, KPI’s, labour rates and customer discounts for the new financial year.
• Maintain accurate AS400 records for all customers.
• Monitor overhead expenses, code invoices correctly, raise purchase orders and process vendor invoices.

Required profile

• Qualification in Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of rentals and service systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• AS400 system proficiency.
