Branch Manager

About the role

Lead a high‑growth liquid and materials waste processing site in Karratha, WA, with full autonomy and accountability. Drive safety excellence, operational discipline and continuous improvement while managing commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a culture of safety and compliance through proactive initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Oversee performance management, talent development and succession planning for operational teams.
• Partner with Commercial and Finance to enhance data integrity, optimise processes and support market growth.
• Own the site’s P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Implement efficiency and cost‑reduction programmes to increase profitability while maintaining a safe environment.

Required profile

• Proven leader of high‑performing teams in fast‑paced, complex industrial settings.
• Strong operational management experience in liquid, material or hazardous waste collection, manufacturing or logistics.
• Solid financial and commercial capability with branch‑level P&L responsibility.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a track record of practical operational improvements.

Required skills

• Qualification in chemistry, engineering or equivalent heavy‑industrial experience.
• Financial and commercial analysis for P&L management.
