BIM Modeller (Building Services)

About the role

A Tier 1 global engineering and advisory firm, which operates with a flat structure and no red tape, is building a new Buildings division in its Sydney office. It is looking for a Building Services BIM Modeller to join the team, with a focus on buildings such as data centres and the infrastructure around them, including a large interstate infrastructure project and some defence work.

Key responsibilities

• Model electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or fire systems; a strong specialism in one service is welcome, as is a solid generalist approach across all services.
• Coordinate models with engineers and other disciplines.

Required profile

• Australian industry experience.
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship; sponsorship is not available.
• Experience in the above sectors is preferred but not required.

What we offer

• Salary of AU$100,000 to AU$130,000 per annum, with paid overtime.
