Bilingual Account Manager – Gold Coast

About the role

Join Odoo’s Gold Coast team as a Bilingual Account Manager (English/French). You will help grow the adoption of Odoo’s open‑source enterprise management suite, working with a small, high‑energy group that values independence, flexibility and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers through online research, social media, industry events and prospecting tools.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle: conduct outbound calls, emails and other outreach, qualify business needs and propose solutions.
• Develop strong relationships and trust with clients.
• Represent Odoo at networking events, conferences and trade shows.
• Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Permanent working rights in Australia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 2 years of outbound prospecting or sales experience.
• Strong business knowledge and sales acumen.
• Genuine interest in IT and software solutions.
• Analytical mindset and a resilient, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
