Bidding & Submissions Advisor (Hybrid)

About the role

The Pursuits & Submissions Advisor will join a dynamic Brisbane team supporting bid opportunities across the ANZ region and beyond. Working in a hybrid and flexible environment, you will coordinate high‑quality proposals, ensuring they are delivered on time, on brand, and to professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to pursuit planning and winning strategies, partnering with pursuit leads on bid approach, win themes and value propositions.
• Facilitate bid workshops and story‑boarding sessions to shape responses and key messages.
• Manage end‑to‑end coordination of EOIs, proposals and submissions across ANZ and other regions.
• Coordinate inputs from technical teams and stakeholders, keeping contributors aligned to the submission plan.
• Maintain and enhance standard proposal materials such as CVs, project sheets and organisational content.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing processes and templates to streamline bid delivery.
• Support the wider team to ensure timely, high‑standard submissions.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage client procurement portals and submission requirements as needed.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented professional with a proven track record in a similar corporate environment.
• Ability to influence subject‑matter experts and translate complex information into clear, client‑focused writing.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
