Bartender for Mr Mills Bar

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic bartender to join the team at Mr Mills, the vibrant bar located beneath the award‑winning Marmelo restaurant in Melbourne. You will work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment where creativity, quality, and guest service are paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages – cocktails, wine, beer and non‑alcoholic drinks – with consistency and flair.
• Engage with guests warmly and attentively to deliver exceptional service.
• Set up and pack down the bar each shift, maintaining cleanliness, organization and stock readiness.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks and report low stock or supply needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cocktail bartender in a high‑volume or premium venue.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails and bar techniques.
• Confident, guest‑focused interpersonal skills.
• Current Victorian RSA Certificate and availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
