About the role
The Bar Supervisor will lead the Monster Kitchen and Bar team, designing and delivering cocktail experiences while ensuring the highest service standards for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Run day‑to‑day bar operations, staffing and managing shifts on a 7‑day rotating roster.
- Oversee beverage selection, purchasing, stock takes and cost control to meet budgeted targets.
- Develop and deliver training for staff on menus, wine lists and service procedures.
- Manage cash handling, billing procedures and financial accountability.
- Maintain supplier relationships and minimise beverage complaints.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in bar operations.
- Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
Required skills
- Experience in cocktail creation and bar service standards.
- Ability to manage stock, ordering and cash procedures.
