Audit Senior – Professional Services Firm (Perth)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join a leading Top‑10 professional services firm in Perth. The role offers exposure to a diverse client base, including privately owned businesses, family groups, multinational organisations, not‑for‑profit entities and listed companies. You will work closely with Directors and Partners, gaining significant client exposure, technical development and leadership opportunities while enjoying a genuine work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver external audit engagements across a varied client portfolio.
• Manage audit fieldwork, planning and completion activities.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Review financial statements and audit documentation.
• Identify business risks and provide value‑added recommendations.
• Mentor and support junior auditors.
• Collaborate directly with Managers, Directors and Partners on complex technical accounting and reporting matters.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion).
• Minimum 3 years external audit experience in Australian public practice.
• Experience in a Big 4, mid‑tier or reputable boutique firm.
• Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards and Audit Standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for client service and professional development.
• Aspiration to progress into leadership roles.
