Associate Software Engineer

About the role

RecordPoint is looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join its fast‑growing SaaS team. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, helping design, build, test and support cloud‑based and on‑premises solutions for highly regulated organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in hands‑on development across the full Software Development Lifecycle.
• Participate in the design, delivery, and training of RecordPoint solutions to customers.
• Support the cloud‑based SaaS service and understand deployment models for both on‑premises and cloud solutions.
• Perform engineering analysis, document technical designs and keep them up to date.
• Maintain testable code using automated testing frameworks and contribute to continuous delivery pipelines.

Required profile

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related IT field.
• Professional experience working in a development team building software with modern delivery techniques.
• Experience building SaaS products and a passion for clean code and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to take well‑defined sub‑tasks end‑to‑end and accept feedback graciously.
