Associate Lawyer - Litigation

About the role

Join a leading global litigation practice and work on high‑stakes commercial, regulatory and class‑action disputes. You will be placed on complex, high‑profile matters from day one, collaborating with senior litigators and major corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large‑scale commercial litigation, corporate disputes, class actions and regulatory investigations.
• Provide direct client contact, advise on strategy and contribute to decision‑making.
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements and other court documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and cross‑border teams on multi‑jurisdictional matters.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years post‑admission experience in commercial litigation at a top‑tier or international firm.
• Excellent academic record.
• Strong analytical and drafting abilities.
• Keen eye for detail and a commercial mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment.
