Associate Clinical Trial Manager – PhD/Post‑Doc (Oncology)

About the role

Medpace is seeking recent PhD graduates or post‑doctoral researchers to join its Clinical Trial Management team in Melbourne. The Associate Clinical Trial Manager will support Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers in delivering oncology studies.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with project teams, sponsors, sites and vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of recurring tasks with high accuracy and maintain status reports in the clinical trial management system.
• Provide oversight and quality control of internal regulatory filing and study supplies.
• Create and maintain project timelines, coordinate meetings and produce quality minutes.

Required profile

• PhD in Life Sciences with experience in Oncology.
• Fluent English with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Prior CRO or pharmaceutical experience is advantageous but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Word‑processing and database skills.
• Comfortable using Windows operating systems.
