Associate Civil Engineer – Precincts

About the role

Aurecon is expanding its Precincts and Land Infrastructure services and is looking for an Associate Civil Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team delivering large‑scale city and precinct projects. You will apply your civil engineering expertise to shape the built environment, transport networks and smart‑city solutions across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the management and delivery of multi‑disciplinary infrastructure planning studies for new cities and precincts, from concept through approvals to implementation.
• Technically lead precinct‑scale developments, coordinating civil, transport, environmental and planning disciplines.
• Collaborate with other Aurecon teams to balance resourcing and leverage technical capabilities across city‑wide infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Support decision‑making on infrastructure funding, future energy, smart‑city and resilient design aspects.

Required profile

• Experience in civil engineering and land development projects.
• Knowledge of sectors such as transport engineering, environment & planning, land‑use planning, infrastructure funding, future energy, smart cities, transport networks, ESD and resilient infrastructure.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project phases.
