Assistant Manager – SME Banking

About the role

The Assistant Manager will work closely with Relationship Managers to support a portfolio of SME commercial customers. This position offers the chance to grow relationships with existing and new clients while contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers in delivering banking solutions and insights to customers.
• Conduct financial analysis and develop credit strategy recommendations for designated customer groups.
• Establish and maintain a professional market profile, staying informed on industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal functions and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Demonstrate ANZ values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
