About the role
ANZ is seeking an Assistant Manager, CAP/CACHE to support business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver outstanding banking solutions. You will work closely with Relationship Managers and product specialists to drive customer success while ensuring strong risk and compliance outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Support and grow a portfolio of business banking customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer profitability.
- Partner with specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Conduct financial analysis and support credit assessments.
- Maintain sound risk, compliance, and portfolio management practices.
Required profile
- 2+ years' experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong financial analysis and credit assessment abilities.
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Proactive, customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
